I hope you don't give up just yet. It is going to take some time to fix all of the issues across all of the stores, but there are a lot of changes in the works.

I have to say I went with my kid to get schools supplies in Kmart, found what we wanted went to the check out...the sole check out with a line looping throughout the store, add to that the lack of a/c...we walked out. I find I am doing that more and more...perhaps for the last time.
Its a shame especially with all the hope I had in my posts. but I think its time to say seeya for now.
