These earrings have a poor closing mechanism. I bought the 3 year service plan and after wearing the earrings twice they needed repair. They don't close, I brought them in to be serviced and they returned it with one of the other earring still not closing. I think the service department is not very good since both earrings needed to be serviced and now I have to return the other earring to be fixed since they didn't fix it the first time.
