I ordered 4 mini Lalaloopsy dolls, 1 Pix E Flutters and 4 Coral Sea shells well i received my package today and i got sent 4 mini lalaloopsys none of which i ordered. Instead of Sears letting me know they couldn't fullfill my order they proceeded to send me 4 different dolls that i nor wanted or requested. Sloppy, Sloppy Sloppy. Now i have to go thru the hassle of taking this back to the store and getting my money back on top of that i paid to have these items shipped and they deliberately sent me something i did not order.

No, the clothes wont fit Bitty baby. They will only fit the regular 18" Amrican Girl dolls. Bitty Baby dolls are fatter and a whole different body. Look for a doll that is the same size as Bitty baby and has clothes for that doll - maybe toys-r-us.

margieinkeys:target has nice Our Generation 18 inch dolls with brown hair and blue eyes. They look very comparable to American Girl dolls.

The Dollie and Me doll is made especially for Sears by Madame Alexander. The Madame Alexander Coll Company has been in business for many years and is one of the best known doll makers for its quality product. You can't go wrong with a Madame Alexander doll. The matching outfits are really cute and reasonably priced. Kind of remind me of the mother/daughter outfits of my childhood (40s and 50s).

My daughter has both the American Girl doll (Mia) and a bitty baby and most of these clothes fit the bitty baby, all the dresses do and the pajamas, I go to Sears when they run the 55% off sale and stock up on the line because it is way cheaper than American Girl and pretty comparable!

I don't have any daughters or young girls in my family but I've seen the Dollie and Me line and I think they're super cute. I would definitely buy one as they are much more affordable than much of the competition.

I was looking to get an American Girl doll for my niece (as a little girl I used to get the catalog and drool over the dolls and accessories I wanted, they were are way to expensive ) I started looking around at different dolls and came across the Dollie and Me dolls. The dolls themselves are only sold at Sears however, they have 18inch bodies and can fit into American Girl doll cloths (which are pricey but nice) and If you look at ToysRus, they have another doll line of cloths that fit any doll that is 18inches. So, if you are just looking for doll cloths you can look anywhere as long as they say they fits dolls 18inches. Other stores I have read that carry the doll cloths are "Burlington coat factory, Khols and Jcpenny" Good luck and have fun!

You could always try giving the telephone operator your credit card number to attempt ordering the item, sometime, later.

They probably don't have the computer tools to do so.

We're ordering stuff off of the Sears site, for Customers, at the store.

It's worth a try...

I have two orders from Sears this holiday season that Sears messed up on. The first one said that an item was out of stock when it was it actuality they had over one hundred left per the Sears person. He reordered the item and I received in a timely manner.

The second issue was when sears sent my the wrong item. When I called Sears the lady said that I would have to reorder it online. I said "why could they not send it me since it was their fault?". The lady said sears didn't work that way. Now when I try to reorder it, it is out of stock. I ordered the item the second day it was listed on the sears website, now I will not be able to get the dollie and me outfit for my six year old for christmas. And all the Sears person say is "Sears doesn't work that way." On top of that, I have to return the Item that I did not order to a Sears. I wasn't planning to go to Sears. What is with they customer service with Sears?

This is what sears does when they lose money on items. They put things at a low price and then if you dont buy something else besides the product they lose money on then they cancel your order. Its the way sears works and thatswhy the will be going out of bussiness.
