If your vehicle has a luggage rack ('09 chrysler minivan), do you still need to purchase mounting equipment? I wish there was more information about the car top carrier.

You can purchase crossbars specifically made for cars without side rails, from Yakima or Thule (2 name brands) and attach the rooftop carrier. Sad to say, but the bars will probably cost as much, if not more than the carrier!

I have a 06 kia spectra with a fan blower that only starts blowing heat or cold air when you drive 45 MPH or higher. I need some help with what I need to due to fix it.
