Sears Gift Card Customer Service Number

Does anyone has Sears Gift Card customer service number? The phone number present at the back of the card is only for balance enquiry. We had ordered 2 cards through rewards program. And not able locate one card and I was wondering whether I can order replacement.

Inappropriate?

I never thought reloading a gift card would be so difficult. I get the reload value in my cart but I can't check out...can some help me, please.
