My daughter is nine and I just round up to a size ten. Seemed to work well. However it does depend on the brand also.

I couldn't find any dollie and me outfits at any of the other department stores. They all said they only carry them during the Christmas Season. I was thrilled to find a large selection at Sears. My granddaughters birthday is in June and she had gotten her first 18" doll now she has matching outfits to wear with her doll and she just loves them as well as the cutiest matching sleepwear! I haven't been a Sears shopper of late, but I sure am again now!

I have purchased 3 different Disney character outfits for my granddaughter and after just a couple of washing the character pictures have broken apart and are peeling off. The shirts are ugly and i hate to put them on her!! For the price you would think they would hold up better than that!!!!

As far as your last question, I think it would completely depend on the item you're buying and your daughter's height. Girls clothes tend to be made for shorter children, as juniors are made for teenagers...who of course are taller. An XLarge might even be too wide for her, it really depends. I suggest simply measuring her (if you can) and referring to the size charts. That's your best best to avoid ill-fitting clothes and a lot of time consuming returns. Costly returns too, especially if you're ordering online from over seas. You would have to pay to ship back.

It really depends on the 8 year old. Some 8 year olds (ones on the smallest of the range) fit into size 7/8. Others are a 10/12. Some are larger than that. I have a 6 year old niece who wears a 7/8 in most things, and a 10/12 in some. She isn't chubby, just tall for her age. Best thing to do is measure the child, then use your measurements in accordance with a sizing chart at the online store of your choice. If one store doesn't list measurements, just try any other random store. Good luck!

I'm so glad you love the Dollie & Me line! There will be new Spring styles of dresses and play-wear sets coming in later this month. Spring styles of sleepwear will available in February and each month there will be new styles of dresses and sets through summer.

Love the Dollie & Me sleepwear. My daughter received the pink nightgown for Christmas, and she and her doll have worn it every night since. Save me from having to constantly wash. Will a new collecton be available for Spring?

HELP :P International shopper here and I cannot find a guide to tell me what clothing sizes go with each age - I was assuming that 10/12 was age 10/12 but according to other online stores it is not.

I have searched the site but cannot find a guide so can someone please tell me what size clothing I am looking at for an 8 year old girl. Many thanks :)
