How Many Craftsman Hand Tools are Still Made in USA??????

I have used craftsman tools all my life, I am a mechanic/maint and in my toolbox I have several snap-on tools made in Taiwan (air-tools) tough to find any company that has it's entire product line made in the US, I do believe Craftsman has made an exceptional effort to do so over the years.

Confused about old ratchet repair

I am a former PMT associate, now known as a Backroom Associate, and this ratchet kit number sounded very familiar. So I got on Ebay to see that ratchet, and yes those kits do exist and your local store should be able to rebuild it (assuming they have the kit in stock).

It shouldn't be the customer's job to get the employees to do theirs. They are "on the clock" and should be attending to Company business.

If Sears really wants to succeed, they need to do better towards their customers.

Before I made the second trip to town, I had received an email that my socket was ready for pick-up. When I got there they could not find it.

Unacceptable incompetence.
