I dunno. There was a news report a while back that said the healthcare overhaul would begin some sort of activity in 2012. Others have claimed that big employers would really have their work cut out for them in order to be able to withstand the financial blow. On the other hand providing healthcare is something the public should appreciate. Some people don't understand what it is like to have a serious health problem without coverage until it hits them.

They pretty good i agree with the previous poster stay away from the ones that vibrate also if you use the shiatsu ones be carefully not to use them for too long

because they can need you apart if used incorrectly or for too long..

Be better to stretch b4 using for full benefit

Home ultrasound machines - specs?

A few minutes of treatment at a physical therapy clinic with an ultrasound heat machine made my foot feel much better. I realize that the long term effectiveness of such treatment is being debated, but this made me curious about the ultrasound heat machines that are sold for home use. How do their specifications compare to the machines used by the pros ?

I guess that goes for some and not for others cause, me and a couple of my other sibling's have get strenuous headaches if we sleep that long at night. And this did not just start this has been since childhood. Now the mid-day nap works great, but I still cannot do that too long either. Personally I like being awake, sleep is very rejuvenating, but I like having my eyes open.

Have you ever used a head massager?

Yaa...

I went with the 1 x 8 UNC "ring".

I found the 1 x 14 UNF jam nut, a while later, on a different part of the fastener display, down way... low.

Besides, 1 x 14 doesn't fit noth'n on the floor.

The 1 x 8 fits the Craftsman wood lathe headstock spindle.

Either nut fits the largest S.A.E. 1/2 inch drive socket Sears sells in the stores, a 1-1/2 inch size (distance across flats).

After having it since almost the beginning of my being with Sears, it is a great demonstator of what "patina" is on an old steel object.

No red rust, just dull grey patina.

There is a fantastic book called 'Take a Nap, Change Your Life' which goes through the tremendous amount of scientific evidence showing the physical and mental benefits of a mid-day nap (1 1/2hrs around 1-3pm) in addition to getting 8-9 hours of sleep at night.

I heard a few years back Bryant Gumble doing an interview saying sleep is overated. Personally I am more crisp and fired up best at exactly 6 hours no more. If I sleep less than 5 1/2 hours I am a little drousy when I awake and may need a litte pick-me-up, cup of jo.
