hey i work at the Sears Outlet in San Leandro California and its good you know you start off at like 10.50 an hour which is not bad you know but is a good start.

Has anyone been hired at sears in the last couple of months

Just wondering if Sears just does interviews as the apps are processed. In the heading our staffing site, it states after sending in your application, if you pass the test, that you will be called for an interview. I have even hears from human resources that once your app comes in and you have passed the quiz part that they set up an inerview for you right away. I wonder do they do this only when they want to hire someone in the very near future or do they just do interviews and keep them in a hold status.
