Preferred Consumer wrote a blog post on Layaway and mentioned Sears: http://bit.ly/2nN637

this is why Sears offers the layaway plan - to help our customers get what they need and pay over time!

Fantastic! You can layway appliances too? I was going to layaway the grandbaby things but there wasn't time, LOL.  I just bought them.

Hi houdiniphile! :) maybe next time! you can do layaway both online and in-stores, although currently home appliances are not available for layaway. You can find out all the Sears layaway details here -  http://blogs.mysears.com/2009/11/overview-how-sears-layaway-works.html

what goodies did you get for your grandbaby? :)

Thank you, SHC BenedictW, You can see most of them on my reviews. I tend to spend about $1200-1500 per month at KMart and Sears stores. Some months a little more or less.

I don't shop at other stores if KMart has it. I tend to make large purchases by just shifting my KMart budget for a month or so and I have never used the layaway .
