Thank you. I did now find it through your link, but still didn't find it on Mysears.com. I was hoping to be able to identify it as my preferred location so I didn't constantly get emails about the Schaumburg store which is miles from where I live.

The only 2 stores near me are i Gurnee and Vernon Hills, IL. Why are these not listed when you search for stores in Chicagoland and why are email coupons not good there? Anyone know?

That's what is known as "going the extra mile," But that is what it takes to build and keep a good customer base. When I was working in the shippping dept. of our local mail order plant, way back when, we never saw our customers, but we were told, "every piece of merchandse you pick up, visualize that as your customer!" It worked very well.

All, if you live anywhere in N.H. and need anything from a tractor to a stove etc.. then you have to go to the Sears store in Tilton N.H.. The owner, Noel and his wife have given me the best service i have received in my 45 years. They not only had terrific prices but they also take your old appliances on consignment if they are in good shape. On top of that ( in my case anyway) they sold the appliances and gave me every penny. The owner came in his own truck to pick up the old appliances for free!! The washing machine that i had purchased had a bad sensor and instead of sending out a repair man like lowes or HD would have, Noel ( the owner) called the main HQ, gave them hell and then got them to give me a $1,500.00 dishwasher for 60% less!. You have to go see these people or call Noel directly at: 603-293-2112. You will be glad you did.

It's where I want to be! Chicago is the greatest city in the world to be in during summer! Another reason why I love this same day pick up and delivery service on Sears.com - I don't have to waste time going to the store that could be spent enjoying the weather. Isn't it coo!? I don't have to go anywhere else but Sears.com to get what I need. I love that I can shop online during the day and have whatever I need waiting for me when I get home from work. It just saves me the hassle of driving to the store.

i miss the mom and pop hardware stores,when you needed something you always got it, or they have it for you the nextday, i dislike the big stores,thier;r cold and you get very little help from the people who work in them, if you dont want to work or just want a paycheck get out of the job
