You may have to look in a big mans catalog for 4XL long, You may also look in Sears on line for there big and tall, the long means the tails of the shirts are much more suited to a large man,

Your man sounds like a 4X size on shirts and coats and sweaters. As to being 6'1" means he will need longer leg inseams, but his waist may very by where he wears his pants, I am 6" and have a 46 inch waist , i am 280 lbs. I would say at 360 he is at least a 50 inch waist with a 32 in inseam.

hope that helps, yes most sears and Kmart carry large sizes but you can alos order on line for the same things and they offer discounts the store may not.

Canyon River Blues carpenter jeans Big and Tall

This is a hard size to find! My husband is a size 38-40 waist and he is 6 ft 4" tall, so the inseam is the hard part (36" works best), but this is always a hard size to find. So we settle for a shorter inseam most of the time, but with a larger waist that is near impossible as well! We tried the Canyon River Blues brand, carpenter style so they sit lower on the waist than regular fit, and they fit perfectly! We found a few different shades of demin in this style, 40" waist and 34" inseam. This was the only place in the entire mall that even had this size for him! Thanks for that. It's been a couple months and they have held up well so far!

ok, I spoke too soon....I went back once more to see if I missed something and I did. The reason I missed it is because you have a link to normal size clothing catalogs and "Big and Tall". Now why would you put a radial button on the page to change the sizes from normal to big and tall? What the freak is the reason for having two catalog links if it's the same at both links? I would expect, as the category link suggested, when I go to the category chosen I would get that category and not another layer of options.
