I got the outside lights up with a little help cause I fell off the ladder.lol and then got allergic to the christmas tree so that is outside for everyone to enjoy and even recieved one gift under it. So wonderful. candy cane walkway, and 2 set of blue icicle lights one for my young neighbors upstairs and one for us. Christmas is about sharing and now to the baking.

Our Christmas Tree is up, our lights are up on the tree as well as in the bushes and along the roof. We have a couple of inflatable Christmas Yard Decorations up and running as well (which we only turn on at night from 6pm - 12am)! I'm looking forward to driving around the neighborhood tomorrow night and looking at the different ideas and things people put up this year!! I hope everyone has a great Christmas! My Black Friday steal was 3 long sleeve sweaters (2 belted, one not), 2 peacoat jackets, a sateen jacket, a short sleeved sweater, 2 pairs of ultra skinny jeans, 2 long sleeve plain shirts, and 3 t-shirts (from the clearance section) from Sears in Reynoldsburg, OH! All of that for less than $135!! To my surprise, several of the items rang up lower than advertised (2 peacoats were 6.83 each at the register..the price advertised was $19.50 each! also, the sateen jacket rang up at $10 at the register. The regular price of the sateen jacket was $29.99!). I also had two $10 off coupons b/c I have a Sears card! Today, I just went to Sears outlet in Dublin and got a free Derek Heart top! :)

We have a great Salvation Army near us and are always donating so we are there a lot. About a month back around Halloween they had all of this holiday stuff for sale so we scooped some things up but my husband was like its Halloween, I am not shopping for Christmas decorations already and rushed me out. We decided to go back on Black Friday to see if there was anything left (of course there wasn't - lesson learned, listen to your wife) but we poked around and picked up a few other items (Halloween items ironically, ha!).

As we were at the register I noticed a leather jacket (which i have been wanting) hanging up and asked the lady to pull it down - it was brand new and $35.00!! Real leather! I tried it on, almost a perfect fit but thought I can't pass the deal up. We go to pay and she says $17.50!! What?! She said all clothes are 50% off today. Who knew "Sals" as we call it in our family has Black Friday sales too!! Great buy!

Almost done here, just have to clean up the mess we made unloading boxes etc. I think the fun of decorating is adding something a little new each year. First Christmas being married so trying to build on decorations that are ours in addition to what we have inherited from our families. I just love the feeling of xmas lights in the house. So cozy!!

We normally do ours the day after Thanksgiving but my wife has been pretty sick & she was on call all weekend. She was made to take a couple of days off by the doc and may be put in the hospital if not better by end of the week. So ours is on hold for the moment...

The weather here is beautiful so I got all my outside stuff up and a little bit indoors. It doesn't feel like the end of November as I'm still used to Michigan. Not sure I'll ever get used to it but it felt so wrong to be hanging holiday stuff LOL.

That is a third party item. It is not sold by Sears. I wouldn't order it if I were you, if something goes wrong with the order Sears will not back you up.

It could be months before you get your money back.
