I have an 11 year old kenmore dishwasher, #110.26702693 and I need to replace the silverware basket and the 2 dish racks. The dishwasher still runs great, had some motor repair work done a year ago, but that is the only issue we have had. The silverware rack has holes on the bottom so the silverware falls through, and the tines on the racks are rusted almost through - they are bending and my husband doesn't think they can be repaired. I can't find a parts list in any of our paperwork and have no idea what parts on the website will match.

Without knowing the product that the front plate is on, no one can answer that question accurately.

What is the product, including the model number? There is sure to be an answer here, but you have to give them a little help.

If you just need to touch up a rack because it is rusting in certain areas I would look into a product called Uber Goop. It paints onto the rack and rubberizes, this would mean that you don't need to replace the entire rack.

Replacements are still available.the lower rack is part #W10311986 and the upper is # 3369903.They can be ordered from searspartsdirect.com and about 500 other appliance parts companies.Prices will vary wildly.

My dispenser cap got squished when I didn't lock it in before using. I checked in my manual, but parts aren't listed. Neither are they listed on their website or this one, for that matter.

Are the knives dishwasher safe? If they have riveted handles, they're most likely not, and should be hand-washed only. Fibrox knives, and similar stamped, plastic-handled knives, are usually dishwasher-ok.
