The service rep on the above number provided me with the number for the manufacturer (Numark). I've contacted them and the parts are on their way. Thanks for the help!

We recently bought a table and 6 chairs from the MSE Arcata collection and noticed the main support that bolts into the chair arms with 4 bolts were missing or damaged. Any idea were I can obtain replacement parts?

You will want to move the patio set to a slightly different location each week, like when you mow, because if you leave it in one spot, the grass will have a hard time recovering from all the traffic and the furniture blocking the sun, etc. Ours used to be on the lawn, until I got fed up with shifting it around when I mowed, so we put in a patio!

Angela, be very careful putting patio chairs on a lawn surface. Aluminum sets with straight legs will break welds if the legs sink into the lawn. I would recommend the Clayton set from Sears for its flat-bottom motion chairs. Enjoy the summer in your new home!

Patio sets are meant to be outdoors whether on grass or a deck or patio. Sets are made of mostly aluminum these days but cast iron and wrought iron is available as well. You cannot ruin aluminum. We had a new home built and have not yet added our deck. Our aluminum table with six chairs works just fine on the grass until we do. The cushions and umbrella are all weather and sun resistant so we don't have to remove them during inclement weather. Because we are on grass we took the set in for the winter, but when we have the deck we will leave it out next winter. Patio set prices go from high to low. Check Home Depot and Lowes. They have many aluminum options.

You could put anything that you want there. Dining sets range from 6 to 10 seats so you can customize the size that fits best to your needs. One thing to consider if it will be sitting in damp grass and if it rains a lot is to purchase one with aluminum construction and not steel. It will last much longer and won't rust in the high moisture content.

I just bought a house and can't extend the patio yet. It is a very small patch of concrete, but the yard is huge. I'm in Oregon and it rains a lot. What kind of patio furniture other than a picnic table can I put on grass that would look kind of nice? I could do just a tiny 2 chair bistro set, but what about when there are a lot of people over? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Sears doesn't use regional merchandise listings. To my knowledge, no retailer does yet. Hopefully someday not too distant.

What that means is that that set is still in stock somewhere in the U.S. to be delivered or picked up and until that stock is depleted, the registry can't be removed from the website or those items elsewhere can't be sold. The set you're looking at may be available in Maine, or Florida, or Oregon which are all way to far away for you to pick them up or have them delivered in Texas so once you enter your zipcode into the website, it will tell you it is no longer available because in your area, it isn't.

You'll run across this on any retailer's website when it comes to clearance, closeout, or limited quantities merchandise, not just Sears..

Amazing..this is STILL advertised when they don't even HAVE IT in stock! Hmmm....false advertising perhaps??? I would bet money that they didn't sell ONE at the advertised price of $239...that was just to get you to LOOK at their site. Along with "all the other good deals you can't have"...because THEY ARE NOT THERE!!!!!

I HATE SEARS...will never buy another thing there as long as I live. No more Kenmore appliances (can't count how many I bought there)...no more taking MY customers to shop in their appliance stores. I'm DONE

Kevin, I think we all know what week it is. What we don't appreciate (from Sears) is that they advertise something they don't have, allow you to put in your "shopping basket", have you waste your time trying to finish the transaction (but don't tell you it's OUT OF STOCK).

Thanks for your help...just like Sears to tell the customer it's basically "their fault" they had so much trouble.

It's the second week of October, patio furniture has now been on clearance for over a month in most retailers. How could anyone really expect there to be anything left?

We have a grand total of 3 sets at my store which will probably sell tomorrow since I know they're getting marked down further. You missed this year's clearance sale, try again next year. The same thing happens annually.

Will never spend a dime at Sears. Everything that has a decent discount to it seems miraculously to be unavailable. Really?? A holes. Don't they realize the bad name they are giving themselves by getting a customer excited that they found the PERFECT patio set, only to be given links that don't work or to be told it is not available in my area. Right. See ya Sears, you just lost a customer and I'm telling all my friends about your stupid site.

Well, I live in TX and it's not available here either. This is a waste of time. Why would they advertise something they don't have or are planning on getting before next spring (as i was told by Cust. service)???. I worked for sears some years ago and this kind of thing never gets old with Sears. Sears socks in customer service and service.

I got the Clayton set for $179.97 on clearance a few days ago.

The unbrella and base was not available. So, today, I drove 100 miles to the one Sears store that had it in stock. I paid $59.97 for the unbrella and $13.97 for the base. (What a deal!) On my way home, I stopped @ my local Sears to see what they had on clearance and found one of the unbrellas on the clearance shelf. This one was marked 59.97 as well. I went ahead and bought it. Showed as out of stock @ Sears.com. Had I known, I would have bought it locally!

We're putting in a stone patio next year, so I'm done with our patio furniture shipping.

The stock number for the unbrella is: 80207 and the base is: 80208. Call and you might find it in stock.

Good Luck!

Discussion on the Clayton Umbrella.

I believe it's 8 spokes. As for color, it matches the patio set. Whatever color the set is, so is the umbrella.
