I share your pain, I placed an order for uniforms for my son and only got the pants, no polos and my money has not been refunded either.

Yes, I call every other day and still get the same response. "We're so sorry". Here I am, the 18th, and still, my items have not shipped.

Was this through sears.com? If so, have you called sears.com's customer service for some information?

I placed an order for uniforms on 7/31 and was supposed to get it on 8/10. As of today, 8/12, they haven't even processed my order! My daughter will be going to school on her first day without her new pants. Supposedly you can't even cancel your order and get your money back when the order is in process. Wish they were as quick to ship my stuff as they were to take my money.
