Tires

Hi Grizzlybear1, I have verified your vehicle in our system and it looks like there are no approved up sizes for your van from Dodge directly. This just means that when Dodge designed your van, they only designed it to ride on that approved size. Now I'm not saying that you can't upsize your tires, I'm just saying you might have a little trouble finding someone to install them because it's not an approved size and it can possiblly throw off the handling of your vehicle if you modify the size. I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks and have a great evening! :)

Perhaps an easier way to phrase this question would be:

I need an alignment on a '98 Ford Ranger. I have heard that this model requires some extra parts and labor when getting aligned for the first time due to a non-adjustable factory part (some sort of adjustable bolt). Is this true? What should I expect to pay for this alignment?

Thanks again,
