      <description>&lt;p&gt;If the item you are currently intersted in is currently in stock and available at your local Sears store right then, they yes you can buy online, pick it up at the store at your convenience with no shipping. If the item is not currently in stock, you can either wait for it to come back into stock at your store locally, or you can order it from our warehouse and have it sent to your home for a shipping fee, since we have to pay for the labor to have it delivered via UPS. However, please keep in mind that Sears has hundreds of items that are sold through 3rd party merchants/vendors that ship merchandise out from their own warehouses or stores, which also charge for shipping which we have no control over, kind of like Amazon.&#160;Hope this helps!&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>I went to Sears.com going to order to pick up at the Sears store and I have to pay shipping charges? I  took it as everything on Sears,com was SEARS and If items was not stocked up in stores I could order online and pick up items at the store. I don't feel it is right that a SEARS customer we would have to pay shipping charges. If this is the real deal , I will shop else where at a store that has it in stock.
I need someone to understand to me how you could make your customers pay shipping charges. Poor Customer Service.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;on the sears dot com it states all orders will be delivered on this date as I read 10 days from now however from another sourse it states 1 to 5 business days. Would assume to make us less confused to just have both sourses 'within 10 business days'&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Just earlier today I helped a customer order a shirt she wanted, but we didn't have her size available in stock in our store and she was really excited to learn she didn't have to pay shipping heh.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;OK so let me make sure I have this right. XD You returned the item and the shipping price was not refunded?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know if you pay from a home computer it will charge shipping, and shipping costs are never refunded. However, if you make a purchase from within the store it will more than likely have free shipping. I'm sure the BIG purchases like fridges/stoves/tv's would still have shipping costs simply because they are so large, but small purchases like clothes/watches shouldn't have any shipping costs if you order it from the computers within your local Sears store.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;well the free shipping on the nordic trac website is not as great as you think. It is a UPS Freight delivery meaning a guy in a semi drives up and puts in your yard or on your porch and leaves. you are responsible to get it in your house.&amp;nbsp; Sears delivery, 69.99 thru the week 79.99 on the weekend is bring it into your home and assemeling it if you want. So actually sears more than completes. Occassionally at the beginning of the year you may see a weekend free delievery promo where they cover the 69 or 79 dollars. But it is so worth the money to have it brought into your house and then put together. 250 pounds is no fun to carry yourself. Hope you see how valuable sears delievery is! :)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Yes, I&lt;br /&gt;still expected them to deliver it on 2/11. The very next day @ 8 am I received&lt;br /&gt;the security call and I asked the caller did she know if the pad would be set&lt;br /&gt;up with Att or Verizon software. &amp;nbsp;Another&lt;br /&gt;clue I now know it will be set up with Att b/c no Verizon mifi was provided as&lt;br /&gt;a choice with this order. &amp;nbsp;She responded&lt;br /&gt;no, she only called to verify the purchase and she was from Sears. She offered&lt;br /&gt;no additional information.

Even&lt;br /&gt;with the USPS' tracking &amp;amp; confirm on other packages that personally sent, I&lt;br /&gt;would be able to check on the movement thru out the delivery...but it was not true&lt;br /&gt;with this package...it literally fell off the radar till 11:09 pm . Received&lt;br /&gt;email from the Sears' merchant:&amp;quot; your package has shipped&amp;quot;. Funny, &amp;nbsp;none of the shipping sites could locate this&lt;br /&gt;infamous package... about 41 mins later USPS sent me the note stating that &amp;nbsp;my personal request to let me know when this&lt;br /&gt;package has any movement &amp;nbsp;as arrived to&lt;br /&gt;their offices.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone had problems with shipping advantage when you order online, I have it, but it doesn't always compute my free shipping charges, and all sears products is suppose to ship free, but they don't. The day before yesterday I talked with a rep on chat which I prefer to discuss any issues I have, and she told me the item doesn't ship free and it's a sears items, duh! have I misread something here, free is free on all sears items, what has changed?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I thought something was wrong with the website, it wasn't, I did find out earlier on last year that all ship advantage was cancelled, because some customers where complaining about the $79 charge, I said I didn't complain I signed up for it, now I find out that all products by sears doesn't ship free.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Many items are sold directly by Amazon, and many are sold through Amazon by 3rd part vendors. Those vendors, if they screw up an order and don't do everything they need to make a customer happy are probably quickly cut off. I have had one or two problems with orders sent out to me from those vendors, and they have make things right beyond the call of duty. They must get SO much business through Amazon, that it does not matter losing a few bucks every now and then.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm sure they did do an audit/trace... but it was handled immediately... with only one contact from me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I doubt if they are giving anything away for free... they will trace the package as far as they can... then take it up with the carrier.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My point is... I had only one contact and it was handled right away... and another item is being sent right away.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;Sears = Whole 'nother beast.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Amazon can only exist from its online service and can afford giving things away for free without audit due to it not bearing the additional costs of operating physical locations.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
