Does anybody know about the 'Craftsman Club'. I clicked on it for my Craftsman things, but haven't had a chance to read about it---Got busy with SYWR & stuff. Lots of stuff to see.

For those who will be moving to the SW Ohio area, I think the Tri-County and Colerain Sears stores are my favorite. Both stores seem to always have what I want. I also like two stores in the Dayton area. They are in Beavercreek and at the Dayton Mall location. If by chance you are moving to the northern Kentucky area, the Florence Mall location is also great.

I think all full line stores have matress departments. As long as it's not an outlet or something known as a "hometown" or "dealer" store, it should have matresses.

Please provide advance notice of your Friends & Family events. I luckily received an e-mail advising me of the event, or I would have missed it completely. What a great event it was! The store wasn't very crowded, the prices were outstanding, and the queues were small for the checkout registers. Please tell me when you next F&F event is, so I can make plans to attend. Thanks

The recent Friends and Family event at Washington Square on 11/4 was a resounding success for me. With a 20% discount on most items, you could hardly miss. I had the pleasure of meeting the Operations Manager at the Sears store at Washington Square. What a warm, friendly, and service oriented guy! Congratulations Fred on a great sale! I'll be back.
