Does Kenmore and Whirlpool share Pedestals?

I am about to buy a Kenmore Elite White HE3t Stream set and also a pair of Kenmore 15.5 pedestals. I have been browsing on-line and was wondering if a Whirlpool XHP1550VW will fit the HE3t Stream? In other words, are the Kenmore Model #57822 the same as the Whirlpool XHP1550VW?

I've never had a problem with the price match at Sears. If a competitor in the area offers it for lower, it can't be clearance or seconds and it MUST BE AVAILABLE at the store. Anyone who thinks sears is underhanded isn't reading the Terms and Conditions of the price match policy.

Hello,

I have a Frigidaire Gallery 7.0 cu. ft. super capacity dryer. When you press the START button the dryer makes a "humming" sound and the motor won't turn. This dryer is only a year and a half old, I've tried turning the unit off and on, I've also flipped the circuit breaker off and on and it still has the same problem.

Has this occurred to anyone as well, with this or any other unit?

I'm unsure what you're asking of us. Should we support breaking the rules that are printed on every sale flyer, published on sears.com, and explained in person by any sales associate at any Sears store? Should we just give people whatever price they're asking for, whether it qualifies based on the clearly stated policy or not? Which rules do people have to follow and which ones don't they? Is it everyone else who has to follow the rules, or do people only have to follow the rules they like? I'm afraid I can't agree that living up to exactly what we say we will do is "cheating and lying."

I'm amazed at how many of you have posted your lie's about price matching! And trying to defend these companies. As Dr Nick from ok said sears as well as several other companies and i'm guessing from alot of the responses alot of you work for these companies, well shame on you. If you can sleep at night making consumers feel bad that they are trying to survive in these difficult times then i'm glad i do not have to face my maker with your behavior. I have several family members working retail and i see the writing on the wall. This is part of what has taken this country to where it is today. Is by cheating and lying to the consumers and then making them feel guilty when they call them into question. All I can say is shame on you who have the nerve to call these consumers liers and cheats!

You'll be pleased with your new washer. The issues with the older machines have been addressed and are no longer a problem. If there was anything inherently problematic with the machine, I wouldn't have sold it to one of our store's managers as well as her brother.

Bought a new washer dryer set in 2003 which replaced a kenmore 90 series set. Never have been happy with the washer model # 110 24054300 quiet pak III since day one. Sometimes it will spin quietly sometimes noisily. No matter if it is a small load or a large load. It just roars or hums when ever it feels like it or whatever mood it is in. Had a repairman come out and say all washers were noisy. Should have kept the older set. Did a online repair troubleshoot and they told me it sounded like a defective clutch. Any reccomendations? This washer makes the chore dreaded! One time, a guest said "Your washer is loud, huh?"

MAYTAG Centennial Washer MVWC6ESWW

BlueCrew: Basically you are not listening.

VoiceOfReason, you couldn't be any more right! I would be ranting all over the place if a tech continued to argue with me in this manner. What nonsense!! I suppose they DON'T want you to open the lid to see the thing nearly running over. LESS BOTHER FOR THEM! I despise wasting water. Maybe I need to call a repairman to fix my 35 year-old-plus washer instead of buying one of these horrors.
