I have serious complaints about the Blue Ribbon Group, they stated that they don't have a supervisor, manager or boss, they claim to manage themselves.  Thus, inherent are the layers of problems that customers are dealing with because of this lack of Blue Ribbon staff oversight.

Can someone here provide me with a contact that has authority to handle my complaints about the Blue Ribbon staffs negative tone, delay and deny service tactics.

I realize that the Executive strategy consists of having many layers of trained gate keepers, which builds in lead time to keep money in Sears Holdings pockets longer, but Blue Ribbon staff committing fraud to do so is illegal.
