I recently had my truck serviced at the sears automotive center. I went in for a tire rotation and NYS inspection. They luckily found a problem with my brakes that I was unaware of and was a huge safety risk. However the prices I paid for parts on the reciept were 2 to 3 times higher than what I would have paid elsewhere. This is what will most likely keep me from coming back to have anything done to my vehicle. I hope you use this review to better the services you provide to your customers so you might be able to keep them coming back.
