I absolutely love E.L.F.Makeup Remover Pads. They are the cheapest makeup remover I have found anywhere, and they are convenient pads, no buying cotton balls or pads. Well, it removes make-up( as long as is not too heavy ) but dear God don't let it drip into your eyes, It burns like hell. Have your water running ,just in case.

I wasn't impressed with removing the waterproof mascara either.

I will not buy this again.
