Sears Arden Store Pick-up Service Kenmore Elite water filter
I did not purchase the water filter. I have been billed for it, and now am being asked to write a review. Two e-mails to customer service requesting help have gone un-answered.
October 20: Ordered filters on-line for store pick-up at 8 am. Received notification they were ready for pick-up at 11 am. Received phone call that item was not in stock, and could not be picked up from Sears Arden, at 7 pm. Ordered the filters elsewhere.
Week later: Received notice from Sears a week later that the filters were ready for pick-up, and order would be cancelled if not picked up in 12 days -...

FIrst and foremost - the phone should never be answered "What is your phone number please". Even if I am calling to make an appointment at the portrait studio. Second, I could not find out if my appointment time was available until I gave my phone, name and zipcode. Third, a person who speaks english clearly, but more importantly UNDERSTANDS english should be answering the phone. It took six times to spell my rather simple name correctly.
