DieHard Portable Power 1150 Jump-Starter/AC-DC Power Source
Historically, I love Sears Craftsman and Diehard products, but this particular jump starter does not work. The problem started at the store. There were only two boxes and both looked open. When I brought it home, it was more clear that the box I picked had minor dings and scratches but it was sold at full price. I would have thought it should have been discounted for being used. This alone wasn't enough to disappoint me.

Great traction like any other z tire but tred wears fast and the tire comes apart like it would on a re-tred tire.
Thule Railing Rack
My experience in buying this Thule rack was triple bad news. First, the unit is described as a universal fit, yet it didn't fit on my 2009 Ford Flex. I made every effort to find out ahead of time if it would work including asking for dimensions (not available), an application guide (also not available) and talking to a sales agent who said it would fit. Second, I asked for expedited shippment because I had a tight deadline. Although It arrived a day late, the Sears agent said they were not responsible and they would not help me with a refund. Tires & Oil change Service automotive
The Sears Store in Rutland, VT continues to provide excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, I always come away feeling like i got great service. A rarity these days. My recent experience was when I sent my son to the store to use my credit card to purchase tires for his truck. While most would make this a difficult, at best, transaction, Sears made it relatively easy while taking the proper steps to ensure the security of my account. Thanks, Sears!

craftsmen tools
Have used Craftsman tools for over 25 years and only a few times have I ever had to return/replace any pieces. I own a full line of hand tools and many bench/stand tools. Have always been please with the tools and results that they produce. I do not hear much about the lifetime warranty that started me buying Craftman tools. I will use them for life and give them to my son when I don't use them any longer.

I bought these 2 years ago, and have driven them about 65,000 miles and they are still going strong. According to **************** this tire is very good for steering and handling. I made a mistake and took a turn 90 degree turn going 60 miles an hour while trying to fit in between two construction cones at an exit off the interstate. Not a good idea. I survived, and other than the grace of God, I put a lot of stock in these tires. After fishtailing back and forth for what seemed like about 20 minutes, but I'm sure probably was about 5 or less minutes, the car went backwards right between the cones...
