If you look at appliances and sort by color, you'll find models in colors other than what you've chosen. Or, if you select front-load washers, you'll get top-loaders in there, too. And I have yet to figure out the "high efficiency" selection for washers. The appliances need to be classified correctly by color and type, and the classes of products need to be clarified or simplified.

You are so RIGHT! So many times I have used our kiosk to help a customer and it takes more time because of the product "mispicks" that you find although you have selected various filters. Hopefully with the elimination of most "sister models" we can move forward to correct this.

I think using some sort of a graph or table with drop boxes would do the trick.

It's not that there aren't filters to use to eliminate the kind of products you want/don't want to see; it's that the products aren't properly tagged when they're uploaded, which means the filter won't filter properly. It's like if you went to the bank and said you wanted $100 in tens and fives, but they gave you fives and tens, quarters, and dimes because the quarters and dimes were labeled "$10" and "$5." You've applied a filter properly (give me fives and ones), but the results included what you asked for AND stuff you didn't ask for because of inaccurate or incorrect labeling. Go to sears.com, go into the appliances section, and choose dishwashers, built-in, and for color choose Stainless Steel. See what happens.
