Discounts loaded onto your Credit Card?

I hate printing coupons online because the cost of ink is so high, but I love when the grocery store lets me go online and click the coupons to be loaded onto my grocery card is there a way to do this on my Sears credit card? I would love to go online and click a discount to be used if I use my credit card? It would then be cost effective for both the consumer and the company. A win win situation!!

sears doesnt own their credit card-Citibank does.
