Would it hurt to make working a little more exciting and fun? I've been working for Sears since late August of this year and everyone here looks so grumpy and/or mad behind closed doors. They look like they hate working here or really just don't want to work. Some act as though somebody owes them. I think if Sears made work a little more fun work would go much smoother and flow better.. It is okay for people to have fun at work and still be doing work at the same time. How about if we had contests in the store (e.g. like find this item and win a Sears card) or something along this lines?
