Improve online customer service with real people

Online shopping these days is huge so it's important to have great customer service available. The Sears online customer service page is a little confusing and has a lot going on. Plus, it hard to find an actual number to contact a live person. I think a great idea would be a live chat, or instant message system that you can ask Sears representatives questions about their products and services!

Online chat with a Sears representative already exists on sears.com.
