So every time you go into this store, there are no employees? How many should they have? Provide some detail or evidence for this idea or else it sounds like all the others that claim there are too few employees.
Personally I never ever talk to anyone in the store. Maybe I am just smart enough to do some research myself or that I don't trust employees period - so it seems strange that this is a complaint. Maybe its a new generation thing to do stuff yourself.
What I meant yesterday is that in the Oxford, AL Sears...there is NEVER enough staff working. You can't get assistance in the dressing rooms, there is only one cashier with an extremely long line, and no one to help you on the floor. I am not singling out Sears. It's ALL department stores in ALL cities. There seems to be a general lack of helpful employees anywhere anymore.
i am young. it's NOT a generation thing. I still appreciate going out and shopping in person, and it is UNACCEPTABLE to NOT get great service. No excuses.
