Sears needs to do a much better job with scheduling and delivering on time, in a narrower window. I personally know of over 6 lost sales of appliances due to scheduling difficulties.
Purchased on 9-19. First delivery available was 10-05. Then a call came saying that items not yet available, so delayed until 10-14. In a city as large as OKC, as close as we are to D-FW, there should be a faster delivery possible.
Why charge for delivery and then give out a certificate for a rebate on the delivery? This takes a customer's time to apply for the rebate. Other large stores just have free delivery.
