Inappropriate?

The Electronics at Kmart should be the same as at Sears, as well as the cheaper items because it's a discount store. And have a person dedicated to it, that is there most hours, and knows what there doing, like at Sears!

I agree. Our Kmart associates in electronics don't see a dime from their sales, and it's a shame. Unfortunately, corporate moves like a lummox to implement significant change like that. At the store in our area, you can't even find the contrast ratio on the LCD TV on display at the KMart electronics section. You get the price, model number, and size, that's it. Consumers frequently leave for competitor's with better info, and better educated associates.
