Sears...turning cheerful ?....why not ??

it is quite refreshing to see some good changes at Sears with some employees now wearing blue shirts...instead of the gloomy, almost morbid black uniforms....i wish the rest of the store will do the same....no more black shirts..instead wear more colorful, more cheerful shirts..and to think Sears is almost 60% a clothing store, so why not promote your clothes through your employees...i would even suggest to devote a day for summer wear wherein employees will wear hawaiian style summer shirts or declare Sunday a sunday's best day wherein guys can wear neckties and the ladies can wear some nice stylish outfits...this way we can make Sears a more cheerful place to shop in....why not ??

I personally recommend solid footwear, such as a pair of good Nike sneakers, black denim, and a blue shirt. Unfortunately, we have to buy our own blue shirts, and jeans, but we try to look the part.

I like that idea! I have so much nice clothes yet don't get a chance to wear them that often! I love the idea of dressing up really nice to work (Sundays best day great idea) I don't mind wearing the typical sears dress code clothes but once in a while dressing up would be a lot of fun!

The Sears Blue Crew is a BRILLIANT idea, I seriously think that Sears associates are noticeably happier and friendlier under the current dress code. Consultative sales being able to wear Blue has really added some flavor to the Sears stores.
