I would like to see an employee suggestion box in the break room in which constructive ideas can be submitted concerning the store worked at. These suggestions should be reviewed every two weeks by store management and upon their decision, implemented or at least raised for discussion with the store coaches or leads. The incentive would be some type of "perk" to the person who suggested and recognized at store level and also considered for other stores if the process fits.

Hey guess what our store stole your idea years ago and also we have votes on who is the best employee for the month and if you win it your pic goes on our display board on the wall. But right now our store has a new district manager so we are really trying to focus his wants and needs for the store. So after we learn everything we can from him im sure our coach would think more on his employees ideas.
