I like Walmart, Target and Belk's online shopping, because you can personalize a message before shipping. I realized Sears doesn't have this option a few hours ago when I bought a birthday present. So when that other person receives their gift, it won't say "happy birthday! Love, Jessica" or anything. I think Sears should have an option online, after you have already added to your cart and are ready to pay, that says "personalize your gift here." This would really help me out. Because, in the future I would be more likely to shop at other sites that do this. Hope this helps, Sears!
