I know that things have recently been updated for the point’s values but I am just looking for continuity when it comes to information. Emails are telling me one set of point’s values and the website tells me another. I am just asking for someone to update the information that is sent out with the information that is one the website. Thanks for all the points options out there for us though it makes for some extra fun us.

3rd Party Vendors~

Have another page to the community to comment on 3rd party vendors. Upon signing agreement with Sears/Mart have vendor sign in agreement to deal with complaints here and let them solve their issues of negligense(sp). It would cut back on 3rd party complaints directed on Sears/Mart page.

Reset community page(comments,ideas,etc.) when you reset the points.Only keep the ones with high votes for idea page. It would eliminate alot of the negative.

SYWR Points

I am missing points however,I can't do A request due to shopping online and no salescheck to provide# for. I called in about missing 388 pts for deal of day cam.I was told 30 days bc rep has to enter them manually. I did orders online durning the promotion the past couple days.It shows my used points but not 198 points gained-?- Please put a easier plan in place.Maybe attach SYWR to profile so we don't have to keep checking when they are added.

Customer survey~

Just A thought.Sears/Mart does customer surveys on the CS rep you call but It doesn't leave a place for personal comments.Hence,I don't think the survey is of any effect bc it uses numerical scoring system. Now~I think there should be a person at the door of sears/Mart taking surveys on that store.ie) cleanliness,items out of stock,cleanliness of facilities,CUSTOMER SERVICE,and a block for suggestions. Maybe corporate could narrow down some of the issues with the stores using a grading system....
