Just A thought.Sears/Mart does customer surveys on the CS rep you call but It doesn't leave a place for personal comments.Hence,I don't think the survey is of any effect bc it uses numerical scoring system.
Now~I think there should be a person at the door of sears/Mart taking surveys on that store.ie) cleanliness,items out of stock,cleanliness of facilities,CUSTOMER SERVICE,and a block for suggestions.
Maybe corporate could narrow down some of the issues with the stores using a grading system....
