IT WILL BRING UP SEARS, THEN YOU CAN SCROLL DOWN TO SEE WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, IF IT IS LAWN AND GARDEN, CLOTHES, AND ETC. IT WILL SAY YOU CAN SAVE 3% OR MORE. THEN YOU CLICK ON TO THAT, AND SAVE ADDITIONAL MONEY ON SEARS PRODUCT. BUT NOT ONLY THAT, YOU WILL RECIEVE POINT AT EBATES. AND IN 3 MONTHS EBATES...

I find that your websites are difficult to use at times & a bit misleading..I was searching for NFL NY Giants gear last night & intended on using my points to purchase it. When I finally found the one I wanted for the right price (after about an hour of searching your site) I went to purchase it & was redirected to another website. Layaway options for Items sold by Sears but not in stock at the store

Example - I Wanted to put the 6ft Craftsman Professional workbench (sold by sears) on layaway wich consist of 6 diffrent items.  When choosing items it says available for layaway as its an item sold by sears.  During checkout it gives the layaway option for all items...your even able to view the layaway payment estimate! Then when you continue to the payment option it stops you...advising you to choose another store location.  I contacted customer service and they advised items need to be in stock...

It would be great if the Sears Outlet site offered a price tracker/alert option, allowing users to enter a model number of a product their looking for and have an email alert sent when the product becomes available or reaches a certain price.

I placed an order online with KMart.The order was to be delivered today.In reality we don't know the delivery date...I went to my Kmart.It had "DELIVERED" posted with my order.Naturally,I thought it to be delivered.......I called my daughter,she got upset thinking the babys gift was lost. THEN~ I called KMart CS.Come to find out it's not delivered and will have to reach Ups to start the delivering process~Aarrg. I said all that to say this....Instead of posting "DELIVERED" why not change it on...

The Sears Mobile App is extremely frustrating. Two major areas need to be adjusted. I am a single mom w/ 3 kids and 3 jobs- I Christmas Shop in doctor's offices and on breaks...I have purchased items from other stores-that I wanted to get from Sears but got frustrated by the extreme amount of unrelated items that display when I search. Suggestions: #1 when loading "more" at the bottom...it goes back to the top and I have to scroll all the way back down to where I was..how about a next button? Or...

Selectable Default Product Display

I think it would be great if the default product display was set to "Sears Only"... Or at least that the Marketplace items would follow all the Sears items... Many times the Marketplace item are completely irrelevant to the search... What would be best is that if in your Sears.com profile you had an option as to the way the default items are display after selecting a category... I never look at the Marketplace item and always have to go up and select "Sears Only"... With the ability to select the...

Why not hire construction crews and production crews to film for a webshow. Sears gets to keep the archived footage to stream on their site. It's a way for Sears to give back and get something in return. Customers also benefit, i.e. understand which saw to use and how to use the saw properly to do a good job on their project.  HGTV has bits of video from their productions that stream on the internet, but Sears is big enough with a solid brand like Craftsman to have their own stuff done. Universal Login - Dashboard

A universal login and dashboard to navigate all the separate Sears sites would be great... I'm a "SYWR" member, "Craftsman Club" member and also use the SearsOutlet site as well as the main Sears site and the MySears site... As it is now I have to login to every different site individually by navigating to that site... A central login and dashboard would really be convenient for all these sites under the MySears community...

I made a purchase online and after everything was submitted and accepted I received an email stating that the product was out of stock at the warehouse and would come directly from the store. I have no problem with this but it also stated that this was IF possible and they would notify me if it would not happen. This was a major purchase and I don't want to WAIT.
