Offer the same discounts in-store that offered online. I understand the cost-benefit by not having to pay an employee commission but I prefer to go Lowe's because the discounts are offered online and in-store.

I am a faithful Kmart/Sears shopper but only since I learned about earning points. I have had a rewards card for years but it wasnt until recently that I learned exactly how it works. I was under the assumption I wouldn't get the sales without the card which is why I opened one. A few months back, the cashier told me I had $60 available to spend within 2 days. I was blown away!! I asked her to explain this to me. When she told me every time I spend money I earn points which convert into $$ to spend...

I would love to see Mr. Blue Light be more of a fixture in the Kmart stores! He is the cutest little guy and could really get people involved and kids talking!! Have key chains, stuffed blue lights, car mirror dangles. He is a benefit! Use him!

One of the most successful coupons that have attracted crowds to the shops has been the $10 of $25 in purchases without too many restrictions. It draws a good crowd and the limit is minimal which influences a lot of one time / small time customers to spend at least $25 of make multiple $25 purchases, either ways boosting sales

Sweepstake Entries

I would like to see something that says that I received my extra entry when I tweet about the sweepstakes. I never know if I actually received my extra entry since some of the info is not correct on the tweets that I make. When I enter the sweepstakes a new page pops up that says that I have been entered. But when I tweet about it nothing shows up. Please find a way to let me know that I did receive the second entry, just like it does for the first entry.

I am currently trying to enter the "Move and Improve" Home Improvement sweepstakes on the SYWR my extras area. You can gain an extra entry by tweeting about it also. But the tweet that is sent out says that the sweepstakes ends 11/30/11. This does not help out getting people involved. It even makes the people who are entering and tweeting about it look bad that we are out of touch with things. ALSO On the Sears "$10,000 Kitchen and Home Makeover" sweepstakes the tweet does not even give you a web...

Each year after the holiday season i normally go out and buy all the gadgets for the next season at a great price.  I think that mysears members should get free christmas products such as wraping paper with a valid purchase until supplies are gone.  That would be GREAT!

I would love to be able to use my rewards points to pay on my layaway. Just like I can use it on my normal checkout balance why can't we use them to pay on layaways also. I am still spending them with Kmart. Just thought that it would be a good Idea and makes me stil spend money with you and now i would jsut have more opertunity to use my points. Thank you for keeping layaway open all year I love mine.

I think that Shop your way rewards and community members should recieve an email a week a head of the flier ciculars so since we are loyal we can plan for the specials and bonus point early.

price match and coupons

I think kmart and sears should use price match and send out more coupons. I think some of sears prices are higher than others which makes me buy less from them sometimes... coupons would make me buy more from them!

I think Sears needs to get more publicity out there, I do not see as much as there use to be when I was growing up. There are too many other business stealing the spotlight. Also, highlight any sales that are going on at the current time to lift business sales.
