I worked Layway when I worked for Sears 40 years ago. I think we need signing tell our customer that Sears now has layway for the holiday.
When they came in to pay on the layaway it promoted more sales.

I think that the layaway customers are very importabt and it should be a commercial advertising to the layaway customer you are welcome at sears we want your business.
This in turn would let the customer feel the importance of being welcomed at a 5 star department store. I was very grate ful when sears cashier told me that I could keep my layaway in until december 31st. I called my sister she didnt know that sears would work with you like that now she is shopping sears for the holidays.
