I think it would be nice for there to be more associates available to assist me while shopping...actually, if there were ANY to assist me, that'd be so awesome!  Maybe the extra cashiers could take a few moments to walk through the store when they're not assisting customers, and see if there are any shoppers that look like they could use assistance!

Cashiers need to watch their post but the statement about finding anyone to assist you is so true.

I agree. I'd love to be able to walk into the store and know exactly where to go and find someone to talk to about my purchase.

Yes, I agree. If a sales person helps me to understand or help me find what I'm looking for, it usually means a sale for the store, and a happy customer.

I agree! Sometimes I am there for a quick visit and having help so I can get in and out of there would be nice.

And Im sure you would be the first person to complain when you have to stand in line since the cashier is helping someone else.

Ha, ha, ha...I don't complain when I'm waiting my turn in line; it's a part of life. I was offering a suggestion to help Sears see what they could do to improve their shoppers' experience. In my own experience shopping at Sears, (mainly in the softline departments), I've found that it's annoying to have to track down help when an item isn't priced or I need help locating certain products, etc. I didn't intend to come off as a self-centered shopper, that's for sure. ;)

I agree with many of you and it would be great if some people would take notice in people in dispair, I mean us customers find wrong pricing and would like to know the actual price. They dont help at all!

I had the same problem today ,when i shopped at the sears in pembroke. I walked for ten minutes with a cupcake holder with no price on it and nobody was around to assist me.I asked for assistance and the lady from another department told me that was not her area. More assistance in the shop please !

I am certain that even the employees themselves would like to have more help, however that would mean that the excellent prices Sears have would be more like Macy's & even Nordstrom's.

Good suggestion, but fiscially, sears would probably just set up a phone in different departments and outsource the questions to asia. Being sarcastic, but actually that is not a bad idea

I think Sears should have a dedicated person roaming around the store to help anyone in need. It might be a little more costly, but this person can definitely help out whenever needed.

Just finding some attractive clothing for plus size women would be nice. I shop in Melbourne Florida, and the selection is (for the most part) dowdy. I am sometimes desperate for 'something', but it sure is disheartening when the womens' sizes are behind all of the racks of small and clearance small sized clothing which take up so much of the department.

Have you ever seen the ads for help wanted for sears associates: commission only sales is all I've seen, and no one is working, no one is buying, dead ends.

I totally agree,it is almost impossible most of the time to find any help while shopping!! I remember when it was a given that you could find a worker to ask for assistance finding an item,or about a price,etc....Not ant more.Customer service needs to become a focus once again. Please!
