Craftsman Warranty

Get Craftsman to change the hand tool warranty to exclude obvious abuse or neglect. Why should I swap out all your tools because you left them in the snow all winter and they got rusty? Even further, why should I be able to let my tools get all rusty, take them to a flea market and sell them for 20% of their original price, and then THAT person gets to come exchange them?

How did that screwdriver break in HALF while using it properly?

Where did you get 7 gutted ratchets and where did the guts go?...

I have posted this idea before on the innovation web site and it has been shot down. I really think carrying off-price, brand name apparel similar to TJ Maxx and Marshall's instead of what we currently carry would do really well with our customers. With so many other activities and work, I really don't have a lot of time to shop at different stores.  I am looking for a store where I can get my kids a new pair of shoes while also picking up supplies for that evenings dinner. I like shopping at Sears for clothes, electronics and appliances.  In a perfect world,  Sears could offer grocery items. I would like Sears to be my one stop shop.

AFTER 46 YEARS IN THE SAME HOME AND TAKING CARE OF THE HOUSE, WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE BACK DECK AND LITTLE YARD. IT HAS BECOME A DANGEROUS PLACE FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN. YOU SEE THE  DECK IS FALLING APART.

I like salespeople to call me by name.  It makes it a more personal business experience.  The salesperson sees us as real people, not just a "Customer."  And I in turn call the salesperson by their name.  It is just commmon courtesy.

More 24 hrs. sale

I will suggest to have a 24 hrs. sale once a year ! not just after Thanksgiving Holiday. Have the freedom to take advantage of sales in everything. Instead of holding back from going since it is a sure thing that it becomes a headaches having no space to shop for the increase of shoppers since we have a limited time of enjoying sales.  Lets make Sears open for 24hrs one day only thing going on!!!

Kmart's layaway should have a choice of how long they want to put an item on layaway for. Maybe have two choices such as 2 weeks or a month.

bring back the jeans that don't look like you puled them from the trash, (worn out faded,holes, yellow looking) Bring back the US polo Assn. kids jeans that don't look like they haven't been washed for 10 years. Then I will come back to shop and my lady friends will come back to Sears.
