Put your mark on the future of Sears

I think it would be very helpful to employees to hold a produst knowledge meeting before the start of thier shift.  Each employee and even managers should get asigned one prodyct from their department and be able to explain a little about the product to the rest of the staff.  It would be benifical for customer service especially if that item is on sale or featured in magazine's.  It never hurt's to learn

Craftsman should make a bumper sticker to give away with tool purchases.  I do not ever remember seeing a promotion like this but I think it would be a good idea so that everyone from a contractor to the home owner can promote for Craftsman.  A lot of contractor's I know (Including myself) "promote" the types of tools they use on their trucks.  Mechanic's do it on their tool boxes(very rare to see a Craftsman sticker in a garage other than Sear's).  I have seen home owners use their garage windows. ...

I was shopping around the local Sears Hardware and I noticed they stock Leathermans tool, I kept looking and to my dismay Craftsman does not have a product to compete with this.  With the lifetime warranty and a little more affordability than the Leatherman I am sure it would be success.

Have a promotional campaign for the MySears community.  I have had some problems with a recent Sears experience, if I knew about the MySears community it would of saved me a lot of aggravations.  They took care of my problem above and beyond any expectation.  I just think more people need to know about it.  I live in northeastern Ohio, and it is virtually unheard of around here.

Open a Sears Grand in Northeastern Ohio (Cleveland).

My good friend and I made modifications to his bumper (24608) on his new tractor (28903).  He needed to be able to move his boat and other trailers through his yard at ease.  We came up with this: 1.5'' steel bent at a 90 degree angle with a hole drilled in the center to add a ball hitch.  We bolted and welded it to the bumper on his tractor.  We looked around at purchasing something like this and it has not really been made yet.  The steel on the rear of the tractor was not engineered for moving...

I have a ton of pictures.  I filled up my space for pictures at least once and had to delete some.  Just a thought.
