I must tell others that I have shopped my K-Mart over 20 or 25 years. The employees have their days too and shoppers should not judge them based on a one time experience. I see shoppers that put employees in tears because they are having a bad day themselves. Why not try to be understanding that the sales person might just have something going on greater then your need of perfection. Shoppers are not always correct. As a shopper, I can say that. Try uplifting them sometime. greet them first and ask how their day is. Then you can procede with your needs. Everyone, and I mean everyone has a bad day at work. Don't just say, "leave it at home". We all know that some things cannot help but follow you to work. That's all shoppers. Just be nice!
you are so right..we get it both from the management and the angry customers....one bad customer and your whole day is ruined. I think all the rude and messy customer need to work at any retail for at least a month to see how it is, maybe they'll have a different set of mind when they go to stores.
If everyone did this, what a wonderful world we'd live in. I think most people do make errors, get angry, and then regret it afterward. The store associates have the obligation to take it and just keep smiling. That's some job.....
