I must tell others that I have shopped my K-Mart over 20 or 25 years. The employees have their days too and shoppers should not judge them based on a one time experience. Kmarts prices high in comparision to Walmart

I love shopping at Sears for my childrens clothing due to the Kidvantage program, it is excellent! However, I rarely, if ever shop at Kmart due to the environment of a Walmart like store but with much higher prices. Find everything you need in one site. From apparel to electronics, Kmart has it. Great styles, great quality, great prices, and a huge selection. If you see something you like, find most of what you see at your local Kmart store! We are here to serve you.

I always use Kmart.com when I need the basics. I can always find what I am looking for and they always seem to have sales and deals going on! I will definitely continue to shop on this site.

K-Mart: The worst of all Customer Service Experiences

After begging for a person to provide service to me and my family, we left the store even though we went to purchase a dinner set. We called two Supervisors, and two more people. That day, after 20-30 mn, we left the store even though we wanted to buy a dinner set that was on display. We never were attended. THe store is K-Mart on Capital Boulevard, in Raleihg, NC, behind McDonalds. This was like a year ago. I am happy I had the opportunity to tell someone.

This site has great deals and very reasonable shipping. When you live as far away as I do(60 miles to the nearest   big store I find myself using Kmart.com to save money on most everything I buy.

I was a long time walmart customer, but NO MORE. I will drive an extra 2 miles just to shop this store. It is cleaner, the people are nicer, and the prices are better

there was a whole lot more to choose from on the website than in the store, and i actually for a few really nice christmas presents for very cheap.

I made a purchase on kmart.com and was a larger item and required shipping in a form other than USPS, UPS, or FedX. Unfortunately the entire ordeal was a nightmare. We had to pay $90 for shipping the oversized item, ok fine understandable. What was not understandable was the fact it took 2 weeks to receive and almost daily phone calls from us to receive the item. Then once the delivery truck came into our town, the driver wanted to have us pick up the item at an alternate location or leave it at the alternate location (which happened to be a side road near a garbage disposal location). i love shopping on line, for convience, affordability and freedom of choice.  This web-site offers it all.  When I needed to find a birthday gift for my great-niece, Isabella, I knew K-mart would have it.  The problem was, I work 50 hours a week!!! No problem after all!  I can just jump on the site and look in the infant and toddlers department and find anything I need.  She is a 2 1/2 year old who loves Elmo and with the huge selection of Elmo products, it was hard to choose!!  I finally decided to get her an Elmo video and a pair of Elmo pajamas, saving probably 20% in the process!!! ...

Drive through pharmacy rocks

The introduction of the drive through pharmacy at the Alton, Illinois store was like a breath of fresh air.  I was within a few months or possibly days of moving my prescription services to a major chain solely because their nationwide stores have drive throughs. I am pleased you realized a possibly ill customer on their way home from their doctor's with a new prescription in hand, maybe throwing in inclement weather, doesn't want or need to park, enter and trapse across to the furthest front corner of the store for service. Since I live 30 minutes from Kmart I depend on kmart.com to read the weekly ad so I can plan my trips. It's great that they have integrated Sears and Kmart online so that if Kmart.com doesn't have an item it suggests a similar item from Sears.com.

I also appreciate the fact that they have special sales and shipping online - such as free shipping and after-hours sales.  It's always interesting to see what they are going to be offering up next.
