Kmart rewards program is a rip off and I question its legality. I "earned" $4.97 in rewards over the course of $100s of dollars in purchases. I finally redeem with $4.97. Since then, I returned maybe 6 or 7 items (probably $70 out of $800 plus.) Kmart has decided to deduct "rewards" amount from the items I returned, not giving me my full purchase price. OK, I get that I redeemed the $4.97. BUT, they have now deducted more than I had redeemed! Cannot be legal!
PLUS, where is the 1% I should have anyway for the other $700 plus in purchases?! I will be filing a formal complaint with the state and...
read full review »I ordered (and paid for) a 42 inch TV on 12/20/10 that had a guaranteed arrival date of 12/24/10, on 12/21/10 I even received an email that it shipped. I had even paid a bit more as I saw similiar TV's at ******* and *******.com but they couldn't deliver until after Christmas. I was excited to have in time for Christmas as it was the main present for my two children. On 12/24 at 5pm, I still hadn't received the delivery. read full review »Our cashier today was a very nice lady named Susan. We have gone through her line many times in the past and have had excellent service. Susan has always been kind and considerate to my family and everyone else that goes through her line. When I happen to go through Susan's line and my daughter isn't with me, Susan always asks me about her and how she is doing.
Thank you for having such a thoughtful cashier working for this store.
I visited kmart.com for the holidays, they had some toys listed as new to the site, and in stock for delivery. I ordered the items, then after a few days called Customer Service about the status of the items taking a bit long to show as shipping. CS said it may take up to a week to show items as shipped.. After a few days I called back, CS then said the items were being found at local stores to be shipped to me. After another week I called back to CS, they said to place a new order for the items, and they would cancel the older one, thus bumping up the delivery status to priority with the new...
read full review »I was in store #9204 on 03/29/10 to look at swing-sets. I planned on laying one away because all of the sets were on sale. K-Mart did not have the one I wanted in stock. The Associate, Nathan Halse took my information, the descriptive information for the swing set and gave me a rain check. I was just about out of the store and I heard my name over the intercom.
