      <description>&lt;p&gt;Simple... Sears should be investigated by the Attorney General's office from each State for questionabe business practices regarding ther warranty services. As a public company, I wonder if the SEC is aware of their tactics. Their excuses are certainly scripted. I was given the exact same responses and excuses as claimed by other customers.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
