GoArtGo says "Grateful for the care and services of many of the staff" about Littleton Adventist Hospital - Littleton, CO

Littleton Adventist Hospital is a good, relatively effective healthcare center. Care received has been generally acceptable and has led to full recovery of family members. However I am told a very common problem among US hospitals and unfortunately a vital area which this one needs improvement in is general hospital cleanliness. I am told forty years or more ago most hostpitals had daily wipedowns of all surfaces with a mild bleach solution to minimize the spread of disease - everyone got into the act and disease spread was minimal. We saw no one wiping down surfaces during our latest 23 day stay. No one! One result is that the hospital was frequently notifying staff and patients that "c-dif" had spread throughout the facility, with effected patients quarantined and subjected to many inconvienences. My opinion is managed care administration has removed the "excess" expense in US hospitals that did fund higher levels of daily disease prevention like surface level wipedowns. Thus...
...

GoArtGo says "Great Value - says it all." about USAA - Cash Rewards World MasterCard

We are very familiar with USAA credit cards, including the USAA World MasterCard. This is the best, although improvement is needed. USAA is currently giving customers 5% cash back on gasoline purchases, which is wonderful and competitive with our other cards, except the cash is paid at the end of the year. This is not competitive. Others give the cash back within 30 days and quickly effects the cost of fuel. This is the only improvement suggested. However, the others were only applicabe to their branded gasoline. USAA's is not tied to a specific fuel brand. Thus during the latest gasoline price rise to over $4.50 per gallon this was a trememdous customer focused service with immediate impact. This permits the customer to shop and buy the best. This is the key for almost everything USAA offers - they offer the best!. Do not stop, apply and obtain this card. ...
