<title>JERICHO5 says &quot;Disappointed for NOW&quot; about Kenmore Elite Refrigerator - Trio Bottom Freezer</title>
      <link>http://www.mysears.com/Kenmore-Elite-Refrigerator-Trio-Bottom-Freezer-review-aa833</link>
<description>The Sears delivery men arrived&#160;close to the appointed time and proceeded to unpack and unload on BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator.&#160; I had already unloaded and disconnected the old refrige and was prepared to receive my BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator and the wife and I stepped out to observe.&#160; Upon&#160;inspection there were numerous and obvious scratches and marks all over the lower portion of the unit.&#160; The front freezer door had a scratch along the bottom edge that looked as if a knife had cleanly cut a groove.&#160;&#160; &lt;strong&gt;Upon examining the Sears contractor paperwork there was a warehouse &quot;comment&quot; about the plain to see &quot;damages&quot;.&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;&#160; CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT.&#160; It would be totally different IF this unit was from the &quot;scratch and dent&quot; outlet store, but this was a BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator which I paid TOP DOLLAR for.....anyway, this saga remains unresolved as the unit was rejected and returned and another BRAND NEW SEARS KEMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator...... </description>
