Junibob says "HP has done it again and this printer does it all." about Hewlett Packard Photosmart C7280 All-In-One Printer

The HP PhotoSmart C7280 All-In-One is another great addition to my collection of HP printers. Not only is it quiet in its operation, but it's as accurate in it's color representation as I've seen. Being in the computer graphics business I require a printer that's reliable, trouble-free, easy to use and inexpensive to keep the cartridges full. I can purchase a complete set of HP OEM cartridges (6) for less than $40. Try doing that with the majority of today's printers.

I especially like the seperate 4" x 6" photo paper tray that sits quietly out of the way of the 81/2" x 11" paper tray. No need to pull out your regular paper to print 4 x 6 prints. Just select that tray in the options screen and you're done. The scanner works well as does the fax and copier operations. The software provided makes it simple for even the beginning computer user.

The HP PhotoSmart C7280 is also a wireless printer, so using it with my wireless network is a breeze. Of course it can also be wired......

Junibob says "The HP 2600n fills the bill for my small office!" about Hewlett Packard LaserJet 2600n Printer

After purchasing the HP Color LaserJet 2600n I set it up quickly with the accompanying instructions and fired it up. The quality was everything I require as a Graphics Designer. The speed is a little on the slow side, so I wouldn't recommend it in a large office environment, but for my one-person home office it's more than adequate.

The biggest trick to getting quality print outs from any laser printer is to use the special paper that is on the market. Using copy paper for everyday printing not only looks shabby, but it's not designed for use on a laser printer. Even the photo paper MUST be for laser printers or you'll lose your glossy finish because the inkjet paper absorbs the toner.

The HP 2600n is built with the finest quality and performance you could ask for. It's almost silent when printing and its warm up time is relitively short compared to some other color laser printers.

All in all I believe my investment in the HP 2600n was well justified when compared to its performance.......

Junibob says "The HP Color LaserJet 2600n is a graphics designer's dream." about Hewlett Packard LaserJet 2600n Printer

The Hewlett-Packard Color LaserJet 2600n is just the laser printer I've waited to purchase. It has many of the features I require as a Computer Graphics Designer including clarity of reproduction, user-friendly operation and simplicity of design.

While its speed is on the slow side, 8 ppm, it's an ideal printer for a home office that requires quality printouts. The enclosed paper drawer at the bottom holds 250 sheets, and you can add a second 250-sheet drawer for $149 - a little on the pricey side but it greatly increases the printout capacity is you do a lot of printing. Adjusting the paper drawer's width and length guides for letter or legal paper is also right at your fingertips.

The weakest area of the 2600n was in the printing of gradients, because it made abrupt transitions instead of a smooth flow of color change. The only other fault I have found is not actually with the printer itself, but with the price of the four tonor cartridges. They're on the steep side of the scale......

Junibob says "Does everything I need and the price is right!" about Verizon - LG Cell Phone

I enjoy using my cell phone because it's simple to operate, has great range and is not loaded with everything but the kitchen sink. My reason for owning a cell phone is to make calls and that's about it.

...
