Purchased the Zenithink ZT 102 (Z280) in January and I love it!!! Great tablet for under $250! Has the same sturdy construction feel and design of an Ipad and looks very sleek and does not feel or look cheap at all! The unti will come loaded with Android 2.3. Has built in Flash and full web browser support so you can look at the full webpage and not watered down mobile webpages of retailers and watch videos from youtube or from other websites like foxnews etc... It has built in GPS so you can use Google maps and navigation, FULL Android market, built in Wi-FI and 3G support (requires separate 3G dongle you can purchase online) so it can be used with 3g speeds. The unit has the new Cortex A9 1 GHZ processor, which is one newer step up processor than the Ipad, which is the older Cortex A8 so the unit is really fast and responsive. The only downside is it has the older resistive touch screen compared to the new capacitive touch screen, but not a big deal once you get used to it or if your...
...

Pretty much a Craftsman version of the old standby pliers known by a very common name that includes the word 'vice'. So, why buy these instead of the more common named tool? Simple, access and price! Have you ever priced the name brand pliers? They're a touch high and forget about a quick return if they break!

These pliers lock up well and don't hurt me when I release the locking mechanism, something the other guys can't always claim! I like the soft grip handles and the easy adjustments.

Craftsman quality and price over expensive and hard to replace every day of the week!
...

I bought this glue bottle last year sometime when I was making a dining room table for my daughter-in-law. Applying glue to the edges of several long boards with a brush or your finger can take forever and, at times, leave you with a splinter or two in the process!

This glue bottle is the same bottle you can get at almost any decent wood worker supply house for a couple of dollars less. You will get the exact same bottle as this one which is the main reason (value) I gave it a three wrench rating.

Aside from the price issue, this bottle has served me well through the table and a couple of other projects already! I managed to assemble a chest of drawers and a small end table as well and each time this has been the quickest way to apply wood glue to edges and flat surfaces.

The bottle delivers the glue well without mess. Clean up is easy since the bottle is plastic and even if you don't clean up immediately the dried glue releases from the bottle and roller easy enough....
...

Sears, I believe, must be clearing out their molding head cutter sets! At the current price of $25 they are a great buy for the woodworker who knows how to use them! That is a key element in this, knowing how to use them because, like any other power tool accessory, these things can take a nasty bite out of you if you don't watch what you're doing!

I bought this set for a very specific job (kitchen cabinets for the wife) and the cutter I needed was right there in the pack! Score!

I got this set home and immediately opened up the instructions and read through them thoroughly. A set like this can be an extremely dangerous thing since you have to remove the blade guard and riving knives to use them. Essentially the bits are cutting profiles in larger pieces of wood so the usual safety devices cannot be in place.

With the molding head adaptor in place and the blades firmly locked in I replaced the original table saw throat plate with the stacked dado/molding head throat...
...

Ouch! That was my first reaction when I bought this set to work on our 1976 Firebird! I knew that my standard socket sets was not going to take the kind of beating I was about to give them since my current impact set just doesn't have all the sockets I need and buying them one by one was going to cost me more in the end I figured I just needed to pull the trigger and ask her for forgiveness since I'd never have gotten permission! Sorry, Honey!

That said, I think I just did the best thing I could have for my tool arsenal! These things are built to take the punishment of an impact driver or pneumatic ratchet and have already paid for themselves (well, almost) in removing some of the front suspension components from a donor car!

What a great little CB radio! While it is simple with no bells or whistles, it does work and work well! I wanted a small form CB for those days the wife and I take our 4WDs out to the woods and this fits the bill!

We bought two units, one for her Jeep and one for my F-150 and they are both connected to Firestik antennas and they work great! We both ended up with 1:1 SWR and the reach is amazing! We have been able to talk to other off-roaders for well over a mile out in the woods!

The RF gain control brings in the weaker stations and the transmit power is right where it is supposed to be on both units, something that I cannot say about all CB radios I have ever tried before!

Cobra quality and a great Sears price and we're ecstatic!

I bought this a couple of months back because I needed a new DVD player as mine had given up the ghost. All I needed was that new DVD player but when I saw this on the display marked as closeout for only $30 or so more than the DVD player alone, I figured, why not? It is, after all, a Sony.

When I got it home and unboxed it all and read through the owner's manual I began to wonder just how powerful this would be with a passive sub-woofer and five small, full range speakers.

Once it was all connected I installed the microphone in my sitting position and used the calibration feature of the system and it automatically adjusted the sound and surround. I stick in a movie and the picture, of course is crystall clear and the bass was booming much louder than I ever anticipated from such a small sub with no amplifier!

I got into the menu system and decreased the sub and balanced out the highs and mids and then restarted the movie. Great sound all around and just enough bass to know when...
...

After a short discussion with a friend on another forum about the damage a previous owner did to the hood on the Firebird I decided to test a theory I had mentioned in that discussion. I had remarked that it looked as though the hole was cut with an oxygen acetylene cutting torch and how I thought my son, Jake, could have done better with a jigsaw and a metal cutting blade.

I headed over to Sears and grabbed a three pack of metal cutting blades and my jigsaw. We then carefully removed the LS-88 hood scoop off the old hood and I drew a larger hole than what was already there and turned him loose.

He brought the blade in slowly and carefully and kept the saw running at full speed as he worked his way around the hole. A few times he did have to stop to move and then restarted his cut. After about 25 minutes the hole was complete. The cut took him through some heavy gauge steel and in some places welded in gussets with air spaces that I surely though would break a blade or dull it...
...

My wife asked me to renovate the old dining room set in our home...finally! That old cream colored set with its pink seats has always made me want to find a bottle of Pepto! While it was a cheap buy from an estate sale and it is pretty comfortable, it is ugly!

Well, she decided a nice satin black finish would be the order of the day and that sounded like a real winner to me! She also had some material, a floral print that still has some pink in it, that she wanted me to recover the seats with. Great!

I took the first chair out to the garage and I pulled off the seat base and started to clean the chair up with some mild solvent that would remove the dirt and the the old wax that had been used on it for years. Once completed I determined I could give the thing a good sanding and then apply a coat of paint and go from there.

I have a few sanders in my arsenal and so I grabbed my palm sander and a block and went after it. As I went along on the easy parts I started to wonder what...
...
