      <description>&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Craftsman 12 Volt NEXTEC Multi-Tool&lt;/strong&gt;&#160;is my newest favorite tool!&#160; I bought it for a project where I had to replace the 250 year old sill plate under my front door, along with the 7 ft wide threshold.&#160; The trim-cut blade was essential for the job - it allowed me to slide the new threshold (8/4 x 14-1/2&quot; Phillipine Mahogany into place) with a minimum of effort.&#160; I recommend the tool - but if you buy it, get an extra battery and extra blades at the same time - only Craftsman will work with it.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
